For some hardware products sold directly by ECOLYSER and covered under a manufacturer's warranty, you may have the option of having them repaired by the manufacturer or third-party repair service provider who is authorized by the manufacturer to repair their products.For products warranted under the manufacturer's warranty and supplied by us, we will warranty all parts and labour to repair equipment should the cause of failure be as a direct result of faulty workmanship or parts. This warranty is valid for the period specified from the date of invoice.Exclusions are site travel time and labour on site, willful damage, neglect, repairs by others and where the product has been dismantled by others. Freight costs to return the equipment to our works and the return of same are covered provided that the fault is due to faulty workmanship or defective parts.
No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorized representatives of the Customer and the Company. Any advice or recommendation given by the Company or its employees or agents to the Customer or its employees or agents which is not confirmed in writing by the Company is followed or acted upon entirely at the Customer's own risk.
Each Claim Of The Customer Under This Warranty Shall Be Sent In Writing To The Company Specifying The Nature Of The Defect. The Company Will Have The Option Of Testing Or Inspecting The Goods At The Customer's Location Or Having The Goods Returned To The Company Or Such Other Address Notified, Freight Pre-paid. Replacement Parts Or Goods Will Be Sent By The Company Freight Pre-paid.
Where On Investigation Any Claim Under This Warranty Is Found To Be Outside The Scope Or Duration Of This Warranty Then The Costs Of Investigation And Repair Will Be Paid By The Customer.
This Warranty Does Not Apply To Products That Do Not Have A Warranty Extended From Its Manufacturer.Exclusions.
The company is responsible for any kind of problem in the product within 1 year of its purchase. The product would be replaced or repaired free of cost if there is any problem with its working, but under the following conditions, the warranty would not be provided:
LIMITATIONS: The only recourse to you, in case of any defect in the product, is repair or replacement of the parts, as specified above. We will not be liable for any consequential damages or inability to use the product. The cost of the repair or replacement shall not be higher than the purchase price of the product, excluding tax, shipping, and installation charges.

If at anytime during your first month using our service you are dissatisfied, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer you a FULL REFUND for your purchase, and downgrade your account to the free plan for that service.
If at anytime during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for your contract, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address it on a timely manner to your entire satisfaction, we will offer you a PRO-RATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract.
For your convenience, your subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount. If you forget to cancel a subscription you no longer want until it is has already been charged, you can cancel your subscription within five business days after your renewal date, and we will process your cancellation and give you a FULL REFUND.
When you request a chargeback, the bank that issues your credit card reverses a payment you made to ECOLYSER and your account is disabled. To resolve the chargeback and re-enable your account, navigate to the subscription page, and re-purchase your order.
